From this article, I found I could disable security.ssl.enableocspmuststaple (i.e. MOZILLAPKIXERRORREQUIREDTLSFEATUREMISSING This indicates an error with the pfSense box's OCSP stapling response (When requesting the certificate through acme.sh, I have used the –ocsp-must-staple option.
